The number of "Rated relationships" is computed by taking the total # of employees to determine the number of likely Connectors, synced relationships, and rated relationships”.
On average, 21% of all synced relationships are rated "💪 Strong" or "🔥 Very Strong"–we call these “Relationship Leads” as they have a more predictable conversion rate.
On average, 35% of all Relationship Leads are for unique target accounts and about 45% of them lead to a requested introduction.
Of all requested intros that are either accepted or declined, 51% result in a confirmed meeting.
50% of all confirmed meetings result in an SQL based on the level of engagement and the trust that's already established.
SmallWorld opportunities see a 30% increase in average close rate do to the trusted relationship, level of prospect, and relevancy of the requests.

Rated relationships are those relationships that have been surfaced in SmallWorld and are rated by registered Connectors based the strength of their relationship to a given person. These ratings are captured through the SmallWorld platform, email notifications, Slack notifications, or ratings done directly in LinkedIn. When a Connector syncs their relationships to our system, we intelligently organize their network so those that fit the ideal customer profile of your team surface to the top of the page. Ratings can be done in seconds or minutes depending on how many relationships the Connector chooses to rate.
Relationship Leads are relationships that have been rated as "💪 Strong" or "🔥 Very Strong" by a given Connector. These leads represent real, trusted relationships and yield a much higher, predictable conversion rate when Requesters make introduction requests for these rated relationships. Although “average” or even “weak” relationships can also convert into new meetings, we recommend that teams leverage verified Relationship Leads to yield the best results. From SmallWorld or in Salesforce, Requesters are able to save, dismiss, or make an introduction request for daily relationship leads
Requested Intros are introduction requests initiated by the Requester for a specific target prospect they have identified in SmallWorld. The Requester is provided with pre-fill copy for the request and a template ghost email but can edit either one in authoring their own request to the Connector. The Requester chooses sales stage and then can either have the request sent through email, Slack, etc. via SmallWorld or launch an email themselves directly to the Connector.
Accepted Requests are those introduction requests from Requesters where the Connector has agreed to make the introduction. This is impacted by the strength of the relationship, the relevancy or timing of the request, and the author of the request (VP or SDR). Our models show a compelling, predictable acceptance rate when we have a verified relationship rated as "💪 Strong" or "🔥 Very Strong".
Confirmed Meetings are either calls or in-person meetings that have been scheduled as a result of a SmallWorld introduction. Because these meetings are usually with senior-level decision makers and already come with trust established, they usually yield higher conversion rates, larger deal size, and shorter sales cycles.
New Customers are confirmed “Closed Won” business as a result of a warm introduction discovered through SmallWorld.
